The staff was friendly and welcoming, were very helpful and allowed us to check in a little early and leave our car parked for the afternoon after we checked out. The complete rental space was very clean. The staff was exceptionally responsive to our needs. The hotel was located in a great location/neighborhood. The final day I noticed a free laundry room. Would we stay there again indeed. It was close to the metro rail and walking distance to the gran via. There is coffee shops with on a block radius and also a convenience store two blocks away.

The rooms are spacious, very clean. Location is great! Walked to the Royal palace, grand villa. The only thing negative is that we were given a room on the first floor and you can hear people walking passes your room window. I would stay here again, but this time, request a room in the highest floor available.
