I was happy with my stay

I was most impressed by having a cozy place to stay in an excellent location. It is one block off of Gran Via, yet has an old neighborhood feel. Metro stations are close by and many sites are within walking distance.

The property was nice and clean, excellent communication through WhatsApp. The only disappointing that the deposit was released 10 days later, and not the same day of check-out as promised.

The entrance to the small rooms does not have a good appearance and room service doesn't exist, three days with the same towel and two small soaps. The only positive point is its location. I definitely won't go back to that place.

READ WELL before you book: We had an absolutely dreadful experience renting the flat at Dobohomes D14 in Madrid. The flat was infested with unbearable, disgusting odors that made it impossible to stay inside for even a minute. Despite paying for two nights, we left immediately the flat, unable to use it at all. We requested a refund numerous times, but the owners were completely indifferent and careless. They demanded the full payment, showing no empathy or professionalism whatsoever. Even though we repeatedly complained, they delayed any action until the next day, fully aware that their stinking flat was uninhabitable. It was so bad, only rats could endure it. The management was negligent and apathetic, and we feel completely ripped off. We honestly believe our money was lost for nothing. DO NOT, under any circumstances, book this flat! Itā€™s the worst rental experience in Madrid, and quite possibly, in the entire world!

ARNAQUEUR ATTENTION !! Lorsque nous sommes arrivĆ©s le code de la porte ne marchait pas, on a dĆ» tĆ©lĆ©phoner Ć  Dobo Homes. Ensuite, la chambre Ć©tait propre mais il y rĆ©gnait une odeur insupportable nous obligeant Ć  aĆ©rer 30 minutes Ć  chaque fois que lā€™on revenait de balade. Notre fenĆŖtre donnait sur un mur donc aucune lumiĆØre du jour mĆŖme en pleine journĆ©e. TrĆØs glauqueā€¦ Insonorisation qui laisse Ć  dĆ©sirer, nous avons Ć©tĆ© rĆ©veillĆ© plusieurs fois par du bruit. Lors de la rĆ©servation Dobo Homes exige un dĆ©pĆ“t de caution, sans Ƨa pas de code pour rentrer dans le logement. Lors de notre dĆ©part, nous avons laissĆ© un logement parfait : propre et rangĆ©. Vers 20h le jour de notre dĆ©part nous avons Ć©tais dĆ©bitĆ© de lā€™entiĆØretĆ© de la caution avec pour seul motif : toilettes bouchĆ©s par des lingettes. Nous nā€™avons pas de lingettes et les toilettes fonctionnaient trĆØs bien Ć  notre dĆ©part. Nous avons essayĆ© de les contacter pour contester mais aucune rĆ©ponse de leur part. AprĆØs plusieurs messages, ils nous ont envoyĆ© une facture dā€™un plombier datant de 4 jours plus tard pour dĆ©bouchage de toilette qui coĆ»te comme par hasard exactement le mĆŖme montant que la cautionā€¦ ƀ ce jour, 1 mois plus tard, nous nā€™avons aucune rĆ©ponse ou explication, nous nous sommes juste fait arnaquer. Ne rĆ©server surtout pas chez Dobo Homes ils vous arnaquent et ne donnent plus de nouvelles. TrĆØs dƩƧu aussi dā€™hĆ“tel.com qui nā€™a rien fait non plusā€¦

Lugar ubicado justo frente al edificio de Primark y recibe todo el ruido de las obras de remodelaciĆ³n durante todo el dĆ­a y la madrugada. No se puede dormir de verdad! Se solicitĆ³ apoyo al staff de Dobihomes y a Expedia y no me reubicaron y Dobohomes tampoco accediĆ³ a realizar un reembolso parcial. Otro desencanto es que el lugar huele a cloaca muy fĆ©tido. El baƱo de verdad apesta. Por ultimo estuve hospedada 7 noches y nunca se me ofreciĆ³ limpieza o cambio de sĆ”banas y toallas. PĆ©simo servicio. No lo recomiendo.

En never fin lejlighed, ligger meget centralt. Gode faciliteter, manglede ikke noget. Dog var der nƦsten ingen dagslys i lejligheden - det skal man lige vende sig til. Hurtig og effektiv kommunikation og fungerer godt med nĆøglefri check-ind.

Una ubicaciĆ³n privilegiada, a dos cuadras de la gran via, pudimos caminar agusto por todas las calles. El cuarto es igual a la fotos, hermoso, comodo, tienen todo lo indispensable, pequeƱa cocina, cafetera y sus capsulas. El servicio y atencion de parte de dobohomes fue exvpecional, siempre al pendiente de casa detalle, dan respuesta rapida. realmente volvere, lo recomiendo bastante!

Excelente ubicaciĆ³n a una cuadra corta de la Gran VĆ­a y dos entradas de Metro a muy corta distancia. Gran cantidad de tiendas y restaurantes en el vecindario. El edificio es muy seguro, con tres entradas con cĆ³digos.
