Perfect location and great staff.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Right across the road from the royal palace and a metro station just round the corner. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very happy with my stay here and if I was to return to Madrid for another holiday I would be more than happy to stay here again.

The building is well maintained and is aging well, just across the way from the Royal Palace and the royal theatre/opera house next door. A wonderfully efficient staff fulfills every request. This is in a charming area far from the bustle of the city.

Amazing location!! Dont think you could pick a better area to stay. Excellent value. Stairs to facilities were steep, so not ideal for someone who may struggle accessing. However, if this is not an issue, this is perfect. Great find for price!!

Quirky hotel i

Hotel is in a beautiful and excellent location. Best thing about the place! Next was the staffā€¦very friendly, accommodating, attentive. Our room was huge and looked like it had been recently remodeled to suit a family or longer stay; there was kitchenette with a high table and stools, a sink and cabinets with some kitchen-type items but no stove. Although the bathroom was modern and very clean, it was oddly tiny compared to the main room. And we had a single window in the corner that looked down into the atrium, so the room was just dark. Other than those quirks, we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location. Our room was set up with a full kitchen but no utensils, towels, plates etc so largely pointless to have the kitchen. Floor tiles were loose throughout, no amenities such as lotion, tissues. Desk staff friendly, room was massive. Across from the palace and minutes to restaurants and shopping.

I actually liked the ladder access to the bathroom; it made it interesting. The room was ok, nothing special. I did not have a view but that was fine since I only stayed one night. The best part was the staff. The young lady who checked me in was lovely..I forgot her name. The man who checked me out was very kind in helping me secure a cab to the airport. He wanted to make sure I was safe and cared for. I wish I had their names cause they made up for the lack of view. Thanks:)
