Convenient location. Room is small and the facility is old, but it’s clean. A/C works well. Quite noisy night time. Minimal amenities: no blankets in summer, no coffee maker, hair dryer is available on request (but really poor one), no lobby etc. This is more like a dorm room, but if you are ok with just place to sleep and the price is right, then it might work for you.

It is very close to Puerta del Sol, so for us it was a perfect location. The reception is staffed 24x7 and every staff member was welcoming and very polite. The room and ensuite bathroom was clean, no issues. Overall, we had a very comfortable 3 night stay and feel it was good value for money. I would be happy to stay there again.

Staff was very helpful and gave us a warming welcome. A/C wasn’t working, it seems that they disable the units when it isn’t summer. Location is absolutely wonderful, it is in the middle of everything, train and metro are at walking distance.

Hotel good , very clean and location unbeatable!! The male receptionist is super amable , helpful and make check in super easy . U have everything u need for ur stay . The only bad thing about the location is because it is a closed street for cars prepared to walk to the location when u arrive or leave to take ur taxi ( maybe a block no more than that . Otherwise the place is awesome for ur stay in the city of Madrid
