The staff are amazing in the hotel. We don’t speak Spanish and they gave us their full effort to communicate with us. We asked for suggestions being first time travellers and they gave us brochures and looked activities up for us and the availability. The cleaners came through daily they are amazing. Location is good to walk to lots of local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall good experience. Just no coffee machine in the room and the furniture is quite old. But the bed was enormous and ultra comfortable! The location is very good, right in front of the world famous twin towers. Great connection by buses and trains with the city center etc. Takes about 30 mins to reach prime locations.

The air conditioning stopped working after a couple hours, however it was not a problem since it was relatively cool out. There were multiple hairs that were not ours in the bathroom. Only stayed one night, so we did not ask to move rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location next to metro and bus stops.

Older than expected

The room was much older than expected, the pictures must be of some years ago. Some pieces of furniture were really old and in bad shape. However the bed was comfortable. Disappointing in a 4 stars hotel not to find a bottle of water (neither in the fridge), a kettle or a coffee machine. Overall it was a good stay, but it can be certainly improved.

Great location and staff, poor sleep quality

Excellent location, good sized room, nice and clean. Good bed, but unfortunately I didn’t sleep much. First I thought the noice came from underground trains, but as the noice was very frequent, I found that a bit strange. I then realized it was the elevator which made a lot of sound everytime it was in use - which was most of the night. Everytime I dozed off, I was awaken again
