Central, friendly and clean

All sights, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very friendly English speaking staff. Room pretty small and some things slightly worn, but we had private bathroom and everything was super clean. Perfect location and great value for money. We would definitely come back. OBS! First floor without elevator, and no place for the noise sensitive - thin walls & windows ;-)

La struttura si trova in centro, abbiamo visitato la città senza quasi mai prendere alcun mezzo. La nostra camera era adeguata per un viaggio di coppia di 3 giorni, c'era una piccola finestra che dava su una corte interna. Per noi è stata un'ottima soluzione. Forse le camere che danno sulla via risetiranno della movida, ma nel nostro caso abbiamo dormito sonni tranquilli.

Muy buena experiencia en general. El hotel tiene excelente ubicación, los anfitriones amables. Las habitaciones tienen lo suficiente para descansar bien. Se agradece que incluyan una botella de agua de cortesía por usuario, sobre todo en verano. Volvería definitivamente.

Mi hotel de preferencia en Madrid 100% recomendado

El establecimiento está ubicado dentro de lo que parece ser un edificio de apartamentos, y ocupa toda la primera planta. Al principio puede ser un poco extraño, incluso debes sonar un timbre desde la puerta de acceso para que te abran y accedas al edificio. No obstante el nivel de servicio es de lo mejor, los chicos de la recepción están disponibles las 24 horas y son súper amables desde que te reciben hasta el check-out. Algo que notarás desde el principio es que las habitaciones no tienen números tradicionales, sino nombres de regiones de España. En la habitación tienen un frigobar y todos los días te dejan refrescos y agua de cortesía lo cual se agradece. En cuanto a la ubicación, estarás a unos pasos de todo lo que ocurre en Madrid, en 5 minutos a pie estás en Plaza Mayor, en Gran Vía o en calle Preciados. A unos cuantos pasos encontrarás la Puerta del Sol y en ella la estación del metro Sol desde donde te puedes mover por todo Madrid y acceder a la red de cercanías. Si te agradan las visitas culturales en 15 minutos a pie, llegarás al museo del Prado. He sido huésped de este hotel varias veces, y si debo señalar algo en contra sería que algunas habitaciones son un poco reducidas y te cuesta trabajo moverte en ellas, aunque por otra parte esto es normal en muchas partes de Europa.

При выборе отеля главным было - две отдельные кровати! Заселили в номер и оказалось, что кровать одна и по размеру она 140 см не больше. Долго объяснялись на ресепшене с женщиной и договорились, что завтра нас переселят в номер с отдельными кроватями... Переселили. Но это не последнее разочарование! Когда стали узнавать про завтраки, которые обозначены, как "Предлагается завтрак, который оплачивается в объекте размещения", выяснилось, что их нет вообще ни платно ни как! При этом ни чайника, ни кулера с горячей водой нет. Побегав по ближайшим кафе обнаружили, что кроме кофе и булок ничего нет для завтрака и время работы с 8.00 часов и не ранее! А мы предполагали уже уезжать на экскурсии в это время. Сказать, что разочарованы, это ничего не сказать. Еще на период проживания в этом отеле пришелся мой день рожденье. Может конечно в этом отеле не принято поздравлять, но я с таким столкнулась впервые, везде хоть на словах, хоть не большим комплиментом, не важно что, поздравляли! Было обидно и не приятно... И про чистоту... Хоть и картинка яркая, индивидуальный дизайн, но чистота оставляет желать лучшего! Стены в разводах и грязных пятнах. В ванной гель, мыло и шампунь не подкладывают, как дали по одной штуки на двоих так больше и не подкладывали))). Не советую... И сама не вернусь туда!

First of all a very bas hospitality and attitude from the stuff , they cannot handle anything , my reserved they said hotels canceled it and they want me to pay cash more and put deposit and i didn't get any cancellations or emails to notify me till one hour i stay without fixing a problem , now they put the blame at hotels and i do so because i don't know my money now where has gone and i aid cash so i paid 2 times

Great rooms but noisy

The room was excellent and service was excellent. Can’t blame the hotel for the noise as this is a tourist area. You can hear the noise of people walking down the hall and the walls are thin. Staff was great and location to everything was very convenient. Everything was walking distance. Would recommend for travel stay but not for business.
