Comfortable hotel

Very busy breakfast but they still offered bespoke egg order. I ordered special lunch for a business meeting and this was accommodated.

the cafe and breakfast was good. What I loved is that we left very early in the am when the cafe wasn't yet open but they had small croissants and danishes and coffee available in the lobby, very nice

A pleasant stay

I enjoyed a pleasant stay. The hotel is modern. Accomodations are comfortale. My room was extremely clean, I would defenitely come back. Location is not so great, because it is not close to the tourist attraction, but it was worth it because of the quality it offers. Staff was very helpful.

Very disappointed

I wished the room as showing on hotel photos, no coffee machine in room, no even w one bottle of water in room. The man in reception said the coffee maker, water comes only with other class of room which didn't make sense to me, because almost $80 a night room should come with very basic things. Also showed on hotel shutter bus from and to the airport and that was not the case

Everything works - Good for short stay

Business park type of hotel where everything works but nothing extraordinary. Room was fresh and felt new enough. Bed could have been softer. Staff were friendly but no one I can highlight as special. Staying 4 nights can seem long, some nights it would have been nice if bar in lounge would have been permanently open.

OK hotel, The pool is out of order since covid.

The room was great, however, upon arrival, we were not told that the swimming pool was out of order. When we checked out, we were told by one of the receptionists that since covid19, the pool has not been in service. I believe they should indicate it on their website. Also, there wasn't any cafeteria tray inside the room, only a minibar, with one water glass and a wine glass. The tv did not work properly, we could hear the different channels however we kept seeing the hotel's tv screen. The "fitness room" was okay. I wouldn't call it a fitness room. It barely had a few machines and all of them were very old. The glasses were a bit dirty and had stains on them and the wardrobe was a bit dusty. Overall, it is a great hotel, but super poorly managed.
