The hotel is inside on a very old building, dark and clean less. The room was so small, just space for the bed with a little walk way to the bathroom. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for shopping, restaurants and life night if you wish.

I thought this was a hotel and was surprised I had to go to a separate location to check in. Both locations had old, grimy entrances, hallways and elevators. However, the room itself was super clean, modern and inviting. The location for shopping was excellent and the nearby restaurants were great.

One great comment!!! The staff is great but one lady name Camila stands out above them all. She went above and beyond on my stay and would like to give her a shout out since she is awesome!! I would stay here again because of the great customer service!!

All in all good place to stay (price/quality) I will recommend Woohoo if center location is important For the womans bath room mirror is fare from good. Do to the big bed it hard to find enough floor space for you suitcase when in use.

Definitely NOT a suite!

Rooms have been upgraded with modern amenities. Common area a disgrace. Reception not even in the same building. Given a phone number to call for assistance that was not answered. Exterior of building being repaired so it is completely covered by mesh and walkways for workers to use.

Woohoo is primarily a hostal so your expectations should be for this level. For the price you can get a much nicer apartment if you look around. The room is very small and the photo quite deceiving. Bathroom is updated, no amenities to speak of. Easy walk to Gran Via and restaurants and public parking nearby. Slightly hard to find suite and check-in which is on 3rd floor. Directions and signage could be more clear.

This is a converted apartment converted partially to a hotel and hostel on several floors. The others belong to renters im guest. It smelled like urine in the common hallway / elevators. Also outside my window an old homeless man was using the property as a bathroom. Very close to shopping, but i wouldnt recommend staying more than 2 days.

If you want to be right by the Grand Via and not pay heavily, this is good value. The room was clean and acceptable, though short on storage space. Internet connection was spotty our entire time - it was impossible to connect in the mornings and the rest of the time it was slow and unreliable. Also, they only provided one set of keys, which made it quite challenging to have two travelers on different schedules at any point during our stay.
