"The space looks great, and the overall ambience is very good. The staff were kind and respectful. However, the property needs to have better amenities - 1. We didn’t get running hot water even in the morning (it was lukewarm at best) 2. The phones in the room was only functioning half the time 3. It’s advertised as a private pool, but it’s not private at all. The pool is clearly visible to everyone walking by and maintenance and cleaning staff are going around most of the time and can see you even from the pathways. "

"This is a nice hotel with good size room. All the staff were polte and helpfull. There is a nice swimming pool and hotel provides complimentary tee / cofee and biscuits in the afternoon which is a nice touch. The only negative is that the area approaching the hotel is very run down so go from a poor area to nice area within the hotel boundary which is a bit unfortunate. We would be more than happy to stay at the hotel agaim."
