The room was clean, exotic, luxury. The breakfast was also delicious and served with love and style .

Loved this area. A bit of a ways away from town but very peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was great as well. Staff was very accommodating. Recommend working with the staff to get a taxi to and from the hotel as using the Grab app doesn’t work very well in that area.

The setting and the hotel interior design is one of a kind! The views from the lush tropical surroundings are great. However the restaurant was not up to the concept and the quality expected from such a unique hotel. Especially the breakfast is very poor.

I stayed here a year ago and i returned to have more time to enjoy the amenities and have a villa with a jacuzzi. I would stay here again. There is nothing to do but stay on the property the entire time. One menu, but extensive. An above average breakfast buffet. Stunning scenery. Photogenic terraced swimming pools 2 freezing. One warm (not hot.). Only negatives were the shower water was intermittently hot and the room a/c doesn't have a heating mode which was needed in the mountains in January. The staff, upon request, brought more blankets and a portable electric heater.
