9.4/10 Exceptional! (173 reviews)

The room was really really great. It was not quite as central as we had hoped but that's on me for not knowing. Tons of room and could not have asked for a nicer place and layout. By far the nicest room that we had on our trip. THANK YOU !

9.2/10 Wonderful! (651 reviews)

How can this only be a 3 star rating, what a beautiful accommodation, so peaceful from the moment you step in from the street, peaceful, elegant, lovely onsen, will absolutely stay here again, should be a 4.5 star when comparing to other places we have been to
