The stay was ok, but staff were pretty curt with their responses to requests. Also, the property seemed understaffed, the check in wait was long and getting a drink at the hotel was painful. Room was good though!

Hotel is Ok but restaurant not the best Would describe the manager as surly !!! Abruptly sat down by him,took the order in a hurry,then came back and said havent got what we ordered,and had to order something else.Plates slammed down the tried to charge us for 6 not 5 Breakfast was average eggs not put out in time to go with rest of hot food Room was comfortable and reception staff was nice Restaurant doesnt match rest of hotel

Checking in was good, the receptionist was excellent throughout our stay, couldn't have been more helpful. The restaurant staff were opposite and were not overly helpful. Very slow with drinks service, arrangements for booking tables for restaurant wasn't good. This hotel is basically for golfers or groups of golfers not for couples who are tourists. Its remote from the town a car or taxi's are required. The rooms are good and clean.

This was a great value hotel for our party of ten. We arrived late due to bad traffic but were greeted by a friendly lady on reception and she looked after our bags so we could go straight to the restaurant before it closed. The car park is secure and the neighbourhood feels very safe. The hotel is set back from a wide avenue and surrounded by a golf course. The rooms are quite basic but clean and the only problems we encountered were that the basin was slow to drain away and there was no shower gel in the bottle. The hotel is very nice for the price and all staff we met were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and parking was free. Food in the restaurant in the evening wasn't cheap but all tasted fresh and they accommodated us at 10pm! All-in-all a great stay to start our holiday.

Service tellement déplorable …

Check-In très long et laborieux. Pas de service en terrasse car soit disant complet alors qu’il y avait plusieurs tables vide. Prise en charge au restaurant après une longue attente, et une fois à table la prise de commande s’est faite après 3 autres tables arrivées après moi. Besoin de demander 2 fois pour de l’eau. Check-Out catastrophique : plus de 30 minutes pour juste régler les taxes de séjour. Une seule personne laissée seule pour gérer le flux de départ du matin, honteux quand sa responsable arrive comme une fleur alors qu’il n’y a quasi plus personne à encaisser … Bref, je ne recommanderais pas cette établissement et n’y retournerai pas.

Pas terrible le Novotel

Pas terrible. Mauvaise surprise la piscine était fermée : "en maintenance", et ce depuis une quinzaine de jours, imaginez avec la chaleur du WE. La bar est sale, les verres et bouteilles pas débarrassés des tables, des plateau petit déjeuner trainent toute la journée dans les couloirs. Tout cela pour un 4 étoiles. Vraiment pas méritées

Établissement très propre et très calme. Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner très bien. Juste un tout petit bémol quant à la réceptionniste qui ne nous a pas mentionné le fonctionnement du portail du parking. Nous avons du retourner à la réception pour avoir les explications sur le fonctionnement. C’est dommage, sinon tout était parfait.
