"I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The service was extremely poor and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in — there was dust, the bathroom was not hygienic, and overall maintenance was very bad. "Until fully staffed don’t go!! Gosh, where do I start!!! The staff are lovely but they don’t have enough. The breakfast was nice but lunch and dinner were served after 1 hr. The property is nice but they will count every towel after u leave so don’t leave ur towel in gym or beach. I would never go back to this hotel. But they want to help but they cant. "
