"I was denied entry to the country on February 22, 2026 and was held for 24 hours in the airport and sent back to Medina-Saudi Arabia. We didn’t even made to Magic Suite Tower. I had called Magic Suite few times and no answer. When I tried to contact Expedia.com I was referred to Generali Global Assistant. After a long time of back and forth reporting and documents requests, I was denied any compensation "
