“We moved from a different location to the a pink Palm. Could not be happier with the choice. The spot was amazing, great little pool and hot tub, great staff, rooms were absolutely awesome. The whole vibe in this posh little place was perfect.”

“I stayed at Secret Harbor for 8 nights. The room was fantastic (it was a one bedroom condo). All the staff at the resort are gracious, friendly, and pleasant to be around. Even the fish are friendly. It was a wonderful vacation. I don’t have a single complaint. Highly, highly recommend a stay at Secret Harbor. ”

“Customer service was great, but we are disappointed with the state of the hotel and room. It’s run down and the room needs to be deep cleaned and all the furniture upgraded. The chair at the desk is falling apart. We are only here one night, I checked for bedbugs but I really hope the beds are ok. The photos are deceiving. I gave the 4 stars for the lovely person who checked us in but otherwise it’s a 2 star review. ”
