“Staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. We had some issues with the cleaning of our bathroom even after leaving a generous tip on the first day of our stay. Ashanti at reception was very nice and took care of our issues. The breakfast food was ok the lunch and dinner food at the buffet was good. The mexican restaurant food could have been better and the italian restaurant food decent. Justin was our server both nights at the italian restaurant and he was great. ”

No need to plan ahead, but make sure you have cash since that’s all they take. Check-in was frustrating. Online check-in didn’t save any time—we still had to go through everything again on arrival. “Stayed at Divi with my family. Great location. The pools well kept but on the small side, Beach is perfect though. Staff was helpful with special shout out to Devon who serves on the beach from Gizmos. Lew was a great bartender at Gizmos too. The rooms are dated but we didn't go to spend time in the room. Can't say enough about the location located on a beautiful peninsula.”

“The hotel is isolated with 2 restaurant options, both great. Pool is beautiful, beach unfortunately full off seaweed and unusable to no fault of the resorts. Car is a must if you want to see the island. Overall we were very happy with resort and would return. ”

“View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. “Stayed in April,2026. We upgraded to the premium all-inclusive at check in (get premium alcohol & free access/dinner to Mix)— we found this worth it as we ate at Mix twice for $150/each time. Good: amazing breath taking views. Nice resort. Very kid friendly. Making rsvp’s to onsite restaurants was easy. Phillipsburg is a great place to visit. “i wish they would mention that there are renovated houses and non renovated. had to find out upon arrival that we will be staying at the not remodeled version. also, their check in is at 3 pm. expedia said its at 2 pm. so that one hour was a big difference for us since we still came on early- at around 12:30. coffee machine was at the kitchen, but no coffee was anywhere to find. in general, it would be not bad 3 start, but definitely not better than that and cost way too much ”

“We really wanted to leave a good review of Villa du Kapress because the staff were so lovely and overall the villa is really nice, we also had one of our best meals here while we were on St.Maarten. “We stayed here for a few days before Anguilla. The property is dated but very clean. The restaurant is very good with fair prices. I will stay here again hopefully the living quarters will be updated soon. The beach is nice and being able to walk to the other resort was a plus, more restaurants. They don’t acknowledge or do anything special for your birthday.”
