"The location and views were amazing. We received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine which was a nice touch. We had one of the best meals of our trip at the restaurant there. My only complaint was with the woman who gave us our room key, she was very impatient and not in a good mood at all."

"A really charming little hotel, right behind the indoor market and an easy stroll to the port. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the phone-based key system, which requires internet access. As an international traveller without local data, it was a real struggle to get into the hotel on arrival at 10pm. Despite requesting out-of-hours instructions days in advance, they only arrived once I had landed in Mahón and no wifi details were included. These really should be provided with the access instructions so guests aren’t reliant on having data at the door. There was also no wifi information in the room once I finally got in. After check-out I left my luggage, but my door access was deactivated by the time I came back and there was no one at reception. It was resolved via WhatsApp, but the access system could be much better communciated and managed."

"We really enjoyed our first stay at this hotel in the beginning of August and went back second time for a shorter stay and now looking to book another holiday for next year. It is only a short drive from the airport, it is clean, staff are friendly and helpful and in my opinion it offers all you need for a family with children for a relaxing holiday. We look forward to coming back to this hotel in the future."

"We booked this hotel the day after my son’s memorial, during a time of deep grief. I wondered whether travelling so soon was the right decision, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. The hotel is around 10 minutes from the airport, and Bella at reception was absolutely wonderful. Her warmth and genuine personality immediately helped us feel comfortable, relaxed and cared for. She showed us around and explained everything, including the honesty bar. The hotel is adults-only, elegant, spacious, immaculate and beautifully maintained. Our room had gowns, slippers, a beach bag with pool towels, tea and coffee, and a fridge with water, soft drinks and beer, all complimentary on our first night. The bathroom was stunning and the bath was huge! My husband is 6ft 2 and, for the first time since we’ve been married, we could both fit comfortably into a bath that wasn’t a jacuzzi. It was such a precious opportunity to relax together. The pool was beautiful, peaceful, private and the warmest hotel pool I have experienced anywhere. Breakfast was outstanding, and the team happily prepared smoked salmon as we don’t eat pork. Cakes, crackers and hot drinks were also available throughout the day. The location was also fantastic for exploring Mahón. The harbour was only around a 15–20 minute walk away, with beautiful restaurants and plenty of places to eat and explore.There was even an art gallery display on our street one evening, which added to the atmosphere"

"Stunning hotel and the spa is definitely a must! The concierge was fantastic, she was extremely helpful with everything from parking, things to do (and how and when to do them), and overall a lovely person. We didn't have breakfast included but had breakfast one day in the restaurant. The room was gorgeous, very comfortable. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again."

"- Free soft drinks, wine and beer - Free snacks / mini lunch - New, smart rooms - Waterfall shower - Large TV in room with netflix etc - Rooftop pool area Nothing bad to say. The only improvement would be the rooftop pool area. It's nice enough but for this to be a more luxury hotel, this would need to be larger area and larger pool."

"Really delightful boutique hotel, lovely room and small terrace - we had room 1 and the only downside was you had to walk through the restaurant and past people dining to access your room, so it didn’t quite tie in with our request for a quiet room. That said most of the noise had stopped before midnight. The breakfasts were delicious and lots of options plus great coffee- the eggs Benedict were perfect. Very very pleasant and helpful staff who helped me organise a boat trip. The offering for the World Cup football with England against Norway was somewhat strange with us being offered only a YouTube channel with someone literally filming the game!! Thankfully 2 Norwegian girls logged us in to their tv channel and we got to watch it being filmed properly! The hotels needs more space for people to relax near the small pool in the day- perhaps the garden area next door needs more relaxing chairs for during the day. All in all this hotel is lovely and I would highly recommend"

"Beautiful hotel made even better because of the staff. Sarah was just so lovely and Fani's homemade baking items at breakfast were totally outstanding. Lovely room, great plunge pool on the top floor and great amenities to go with that. The air conditioning was also great - thank goodness. Sometimes you have such a good experience with people that it makes your holiday. The staff did that for us. We will be back."

"Great place in a fab location. Very professional and helpful staff. The word ‘hostal’does not justify this place. It should be given a much higher rating. Very clean and comfortable. Good aircon. Tea making facilities in the room. The shower cubicle may be a little small for a larger individual. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. Area is a little hilly but a lift that takes people from below to the higher areas is brilliant. Fantastic views of the harbour and marina, we sat there and watched the sunset. A calm and quiet location. A trip on the taxi or bus to the opposite side of the island to Ciutadella takes around 40 mins also a great place to spend the day. All in all this ‘hostal’ is highly recommended. To the authorities- please remove this word from your advertising sites as it gives the wrong impression. Thank you"
