"Overall quality was good, it's in the countryside which comes with expected limitations (WiFi didn't always work and the water heater required some waiting time) and the price was on the cheaper side compared to the rest of the area. The room had some "cracks" in several places, during the harvest season this allowed some smoke to enter which was not ideal, while I didn't experience many problems with insects (one gecko and 2-3 spiders) this could be a potential problem for other guests. "Fabulous resort. Beautiful views. Large rooms, clean and the pool and bar are terrific. Staff super friendly and helpful. A place to escape to. We travelled as two families 2 adult 1 x 17 year old and 2 x 2 children 18 and 15 year old. Large family room was perfect and terrific views."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Getting to the hotel was easy thanks to their complimentary shuttle service, which runs about every 30 minutes and doesn’t require a reservation. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."
