"I liked the fact it was a 200 year old property. The beds were very comfortable and it was clean. Did not have an opportunity to eat there but it sure smelled wonderful and there were many people in the dining area. The view is pretty. Did not like the sparse free continental breakfast they offer and they clear the dining room prior to the ending time which is quite rude. Overall the inn is pleasant and the staff appeared friendly. It is 50 minutes away from the busy Bar Harbor area but I'm sure...

"Well this was a surprise. We arrived later in the evening and the cabins were kind enough to call and let us know how to access the cabins. When we got there it was very dire, however. it is possible most of the tenants are AT hikers and don't care about accommodations, but that isn't us. It was the first time i 5 years my husband wanted to leave right away and find another place to leave. The bath sink was held up by a radiator due to someone having pulled it off the wall. Spiders and cobwebs...

"This is a comfortable and clean bed for us midway in our travels. Simple, clean. FYI breakfast is a bagged breakfast. Very ample! Pick it up before you check out so you can use the microwave if you wish. Friendly staff."

"We had a wonderful stay. We had our dog with us and the two guys that work there, Cory and his son were so wonderful with making the pup feel comfortable and loved. I've never been to a hotel that was so friendly with my dog. I would 100% come back here.
