Had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Check-in was smooth, and the amenities were a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again!โ
โWe had an excellent time at B&B Hotel Mons. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great bathrooms and comfortable beds.
However, the best part of the stay was the customer service. Most notably, Theo, who greeted us at the front desk on both of our visits (we had two nights booked in separated by a night elsewhere). He was warm, genuine, friendly and even provided my partner an opportunity to practice her french.

โLocated just steps away from the Grand Place, this hotel is charming, clean, comfortable and the staff are wonderfully kind and helpful. The bed has been so comfortable and I have been able to enjoy a plethora of events just steps away. Highly recommend! โ
โEasy access by foot to Centre, attentive staff (Thank you, Nico!), exceptionally quiet area and easy access to all routes. Small but efficient room with storage armoire and desk. We didn't your for breakfast but the accent of fresh filled bacon was intoxicating ๐โ

โHele aparte locatie. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en bediening. De kamers waren supermooi!! Rafael geeft een mooie rondleiding. Verder kun je je omkleden met middeleeuwse kleding voor een (eigen) fotoshoot. โ
โBuitengewoon gastvrij hotel, met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Een aanrader, als je (zoals wij) Pairi Daiza hebt bezocht, en niet na een dag slenteren in de dierentuin, direct wil terugrijden naar Nederland.โ

โSceptical when I heard "Manoir" was expecting something old. It is up to date, clean, very spacious. The free parking was a must because we got there by car. Early check-in I think it was at 10 am but was ok for us because we where going to Brussels for a day. We enjoyed the pool which was a Must. Overall we liked our stay there even though it was just for a night.โ

Trois dรฉtails :
* Il manque une petite poubelle dans la chambre et les chaises sont vraiment lourdes !
* Parking totalement pris par trois autocars, une personne nous a guidรฉ vers la pelouse !
* Horaire du petit dรฉjeuner (7h30 - 8h) incompatible avec nos activitรฉs sportives. C'est la cas dans les tous hรดtels, donc on se dรฉbrouille.
