“Ottimo tutto, merita 5 stelle”

“We could not do the visit due to a family emergency and needed to move the dates of our stay.. We had been scheduled to stay in one of the junior suites and were excited and looking forward to our trip. When approached regarding moving our stay the hotel staff were blunt, unhelpful and refused to even consider moving our visit to another date over the summer. Clearly this is a luxury hotel without any soul, pride or sense of retaining it’s reputation.. This is the poorest treatment we have had...

“The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble. Our room was clean and modern with a view from the balcony over the harbour area. The parking was excellent too at the back of the hotel, easily accessible. We are not too keen on the ‘pod’ bathrooms that Ibis seem to be utilising more and more in their rooms but that is not this hotel’s issue, that’s a senior level issue! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone looking in this area.”

“Personnel très accueillant. Chambre pour 3 très fonctionnelle. Le souper au restaurant était excellent ainsi que le service. La piscine fut très appréciée pendant la canicule ainsi la musique live, la chanteuse était excellente. Stationnement gratuit et très facile.”
