Another JAZ hotel living up to our expectations

Were there for 10 days with another family. Our room was spacious, with partial pool view. Housekeeping (Ahmed) was excellent, including an awesome birthday surprise (co-arranged by hubby). Food was very good, lots of variety every day. The smaller "family" restaurant didnt have any waiting time either. Animation (Wagdy in particular) did a good job all day round, despite the scorching heat. Restaurant staff was attentive, as was everyone else also. Really cant fault anything.

I faced a problem during check in asking for birth certificates for my young children which are 9 and 7 years old My kids are so young so what is the need for age proof they stopped my check in asking me to login to egypt online portal to get the birth certificate which wasted my day or asking me to call hotels.com room service as i asked for additional water and blanket many times and never came !!!! The hotel’s facilities are good and one comment on animation team who makes games and shows not appropriate for children without any notice Overall nice stay enjoyed the AQUA and pool activities

A very nice, clean hotel-resort. Close to the beach and a bonus free waterpark with 50 slides. The internet covers the entire hotel plus the beach too, a little slow but OK. The food and drinks are OK. The staff speak mostly German, less English. Thanks for the nice vacation Jaz group. I'll see you again.

What a great experience. Spent 3 weeks with my wife, those 3 weeks were 2 in the beginning, but we were enjoying it so much that we extended our stay by 1 additional week Let’s start: 1. Service: 10/10. From the reception to the restaurant to the beach. This what service must really be everywhere. A special thank to you Hassan (housekeeping), Ali (main restaurant), Hamada (gym & beach), Mohamed Ehab (service manager) and all of the people we interacted during our 21 nights 2. Food, wide variety, top quality, top hygiene. 3. Safety, nothing to say, felt safe the whole stay 4. The hotel was all fine for 2 days. I don’t know what you could do here for 1 week. Beach was fine but guy with camel was annoying. You can only use the gym and the spa with an extra charge. Sorry but why am I booking all inclusive when I have to pay extra again. It’s annoying. Then just charge 5€ more per day and the guests will leave with a good feeling of having enjoyed all inclusive. Food selection was not really good, but I can understand it seeing all the Germans in the hotel. People with no taste get food that does not taste. Over all it was okay but I’ll not come again.

Beautiful place

This is a beautiful place It is spotlessly clean and in a great location It is also clearly a flagship resort for a large German travel agent, as evidenced by all of the certificates in their reception area; however this means that you will be greeted in German first for the entirety of your stay ... It became easier and less awkward to just reply in German. I would have rather they spoke Arabic at first Our stay was amazing - The room (superior, pool view) was on the ground floor, and as such had steps straight from the balcony area to the pool, which saved having to fight for sunbeds ... although there seemed to be plenty The short walk across the road and down the leafy lane to the beach was no bother at all, and the snorkelling at the coral just off the beach was awesome - we saw loads of colourful fish, and even a ray The place is idyllic The only gripe would be in the buffet restaurant - The staff are over attentive, and three times we had our table cleared when we were at the buffet (despite leaving drinks/bags/jackets etc) The food is a little unimaginative - again, the breakfast has a very German feel (which isn't much of an issue, I like cold cuts and bread) You can get some eggs cooked if you queue up, but this is Egypt, so don't expect any pork-related items And the drinks are laughably bad. From watery juice and beer, through to bizarre-tasting cocktails. G&T's were good apparently, but a whisky was undrinkable. Branded ones are available but v. dear

The best place for vacation.

The best hotel I been before for the past 10 years. Room cleaned a few times per day. Food is perfect 😋. Friendly staff. Big room. Close to the sea beach. Big swimming pool with warm water.

The buffet is extensive and of great quality. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi in the rooms can be a nightmare and as a digital nomad trying to work while here that’s a big challenge. Overall I have absolutely no problem highly recommending this marvellous experience
