They facility and property is looking very run down. The smell in the lobby area smells very stagnant. Since I chose mobile check-in, I had no interaction with employees there. It was a very uneventful process, however not having an individual to assist with finding the tower where my rooms are and how the self pay parking worked created comfortable experiences

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, which was convenient since it was where our concert was also located. The venue there was comfortable and we enjoyed a great show! Afterwards, we enjoyed panoramic views from our room of other hotels. The only downside was the check in process, which takes way too long.
