The rooms were large, definitely the only time a room in NYC was spacious. The mattress was very good and combined with the quietness, I slept very well

As always the staff at The W is always top tier!! Everyone is very kind and helpful. The rooms on the other hand are in a terrible state. Just think motel 6 but in Times Square. The shower in our room was literally just a shower curtain. Kind of like a prison shower.
