非常的便宜，我們5人訂了家庭套房，整體整潔還可以，沒有太奇怪的味道。廁所的花灑支架原本就壞了，但不影響使用。 這價錢能訂到這樣的房間，CP值真的很高，空間夠大。只是隔音有點不好，我睡靠窗的位子會聽到汽車駛過的聲音。 樓下有飲水機可以裝水。附近也蠻多地方逛的。

I Will NOT stay again!

The bed had sank! Very uncomfortable! Bed sheets are dirty! Have stain! Toilet wall also have stains.. do not have proper floor matt to dry feet. Door lock spoil, no battery!? No hot water for shower! Asked to change room, they says fully book! No more room to spare!

Hotel is nicely placed in the city with all the popular sightseeing spots nearby just walking distance. All restaurants are nearby within 100 mtrs. There is a night market just outside the hotel. Only issue will be the parking as it's all public parking and difficult to find mostly. Room was exactly as shown in the pictures. AirCon was not good and didn't cool much.Overall value for money and will recommend to all.

The hotel walking distance to all attraction, room so2 but the water pressure is low..but the car parking is not under this properties its majlis perbandaran owned (white line), yellow line is private n need to pay for it. Hotel need to checked n clean the room for guest who stay for more then 1 nite.

The outside bathroom floor carpet is quite rough & the bathroom water did not flow into the hole. However is is worth the money due to its strategic location which Mahkota Parade is just right beside it.

Value for Money Stay in nice neighborhood

Very good hotel for money spent. two rooms one with King and another with two twins for 100+. Area of easily accessible to food and attractions. Definitely will repeat if go to Malacca again

nice area because near at town

when i was sleep at night the hotel blackout around 20 minutes but staff inform to us and i also try to call the reception , no one answer the phone . The water at bathroom are very slow .

Okay for the budget stay

Room is clean, but has a very heavy cigarette-smoke smell albeit the non-smoking policy. Wasn't informed that there was an all-weekend-long night market downstairs till 2-3am; was really loud and noisy. No daily housekeeping was done during the stay, TV has poor reception. However, the staff was helpful and friendly. Location is great, with short walking distance to all main attraction. Overall, it was okay for a short, budget-ish stay.
