Average stay, avoid Mondays.

There's additional heritage and city tax charges which weren't mentioned in the listing. The check-in process took a long time (the booking was done through third party? Cause it didn't show as hotels.com in their system). Staff were friendly. However, do not visit on Mondays as the walking street is closed and there's not much around otherwise. Room had a musty smell.

Boutique hotel that requires touch up

The overall experience here is not as expected as the photo showed but still considered acceptable. The rooms are pretty worn out and aged, some touch up would be great. Also, for those with noise concerns, this is not a recommended place as the sound proofing within the room is poor, we could easily hear people passing by walking and talking. There is not much privacy as well as any chit chats inside the room is easily listened from the corridors.

Got mosquitoes in my room and the bed scaft is abit dirty but other thing is just find and the hotel staff is helpful and friendly.

Not so good staff and rooms

The stay at Swiss Heritage was unpleasant due to rude staff attending to us. Not only there was shortage of breakfast but we had to wait for sometime before the food was replenished. No one from the staff had courtesy to inform us to wait. On top of that mosquitoes were in some rooms which we booked. Although the location is just next door to Jonker Street, insufficient parking is a havoc. We also couldn’t get Grab or taxis due to congestions near the hotel area.

Very good location, has a back entrance straight to Jonker Walk. Near bus pick up point as well. The housekeeping is timely, and check in/ reception counter is always very helpful

Overall I enjoyed staying. Very near to most of Malacca attraction, within walking distance. However the food around the area is over rated. I managed to find much better food by Grab.

Very good location for all attractions.

Walking distance to most attractions. Very good location. Located exactly at Jonker Street. We booked total 2 rooms; one is family suite - loft style which with a double bed and 3 single beds and 2 bathrooms very spacious can accommodate a big group.

the hotel is located near the entrance of the Jonker street, you can juz walk to the street within 3mins. Tidy room and clean washroom, nice front desk and lobby, worth to stay in Malacca. the breakfast is good for a try, and you can enjoy other foods in Malacca.

Best Breakfast

Very nice stay, the staff are super helpful, room very good & so spacious for the price. It is still a fair bit of walking once you start walking from Hard Rock Cafe (which is like the entrance of Jonker Street) but the hotel is at the back street of Jonker Street and at the far end or almost towards the end of that street.

Super near to Jonker. Good location.

Very Good Location. Go out by the back door and Jonker street is there. Stay in the Family Deluxe Room with two queen beds. Very Spacious. Breakfast limited choices, suggest walk to Jonker and eat. Please expect to pay RM50.00 for deposit (Refundable) and heritage tax of RM2.00 per room per night. Wifi was ok. Room was cleaned up everyday. The only down side is that the door is too light. Can hear slamming sound when everyone close their doors.
