Good! Nice & Clean, very spacious studio suite. Shopping Mall just beneath. NIce city view with partial sea view many massage and food shops nearby only negative point is free parking has to be redeemed by making purchase from mall downstairs. troublesome as will need to travel all the way to level 1 convenient shop 7-11 to make a purchase then go up to level 5 carpark management office to redeem before going up to level 7 to collect car. gotta park at level 7 most of the time as level 5 & 6 is usually full ( no direct access from level 7 to residence level lobby, got to take the stairs to level 6 to access residence lobby) owner should consider pass us the parking card as it will avoid such inconvenience for us.

An unpleasant stay

The host was friendly and super fast to response upon booking made, sending the check in details with a video on where to park our car and how to get the key. However because following the misleading information in the video telling us it's safe to park our car by the road, we received a traffic summon. The room itself was okay but wasn't too clean. There were balls of hair in the wet shower room floor with lumps of wet toilet papers too. Kitchen wasn't fully equipped. It only comes with a small pot and 2 cups. There's no cutlery, plates or bowls available. There are 2 aircons, 1 in the living room another one near the bed but still, there weren't strong to support the entire space, even with the lowest temperature adjusted, I sweated terribly at night and have to sleep on couch in the living room where there's at least an additional ceiling fan. Overall the experience was unpleasant and I won't recommend it to anyone.

I would have like an option to have had a parking ticket access to residence parking area (even if I had to pay the 3 dollar a day up front ) as it was hard when transferring luggage from a public car park point. I think older people would find it hard access is difficult my only issue. Otherwise the apartment was excellent
