Great location But giving overall 2 star as there was a lack of communication about several things First our arrival. The email prior stated we are back in the office from 3-6pm so we thought arrival would be fine. We arrived at 4pm no way to get in until a guest opened the door. We walked in and our key was on the desk. Then I gave my mother who is elderly the bed and chose to sleep on the sofa bed. There were no sheets in the room. I had to request some the next day. Also if you are a light sleeper Do Not stay here. Every night it was loud and noisy till morning no kidding. The last night there were guys screaming at each other in a drunken rage outside at 5am! I would not recommend.

Enjoyed our stay! Felt very safe and loved the location. The front desk hours are very limited and we had some difficulties with check in due to that along with not having cellphone service/correct contact numbers. But once we made our way into the property it was lovely! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was lovely except for one thing: the photo showing the room had the bed in the same area as the sofa and windows looking out. What we got was a small living room with a sofa and a staircase leading up to a small bedroom with no windows. We did not like that. We would totally come again but make sure not to get any room with a staircase in it.

I was robbed of $200 from my back pack in the storage room for suitcases. I forgot the money was in with some papers. Gone!!! They told us at the desk that no one can go there without passing by the front desk. It is very safe. I normally would never have left the money but it was in with some post cards and I forgot it was there, or I would have taken it with me.
