"Good location - walkable to the city centre in about 25 minutes. Near the industrial bit of the port so not the most photogenic views, but very handy for the train station! Fantastic room, spotlessly clean and one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Great shower (but it took a long time to heat up). Breakfast was good and had decent variety. The pool was nice but it was shame for it to still be in 'winter' mode (i.e. heated very warm and with the roof closed) even though it was 28 degrees! Good sauna. Cold water dispensers on each floor were welcome. The air con worked but it took a long time to cool the room down, and one of the two units was extremely noisy. Staff were very helpful."

"Well, my flight was delayed, cancelled and rebooked. Unfortunately my reservation was non refundable. I’ve reached out to the hotel staff and they were adamant about the policy and offered no flexibility. I’m sure it’s a nice hotel, but given what’s going on in the world these days you would think they will be somewhat flexible. I asked them to rebook me for half of the stay and I was denied. Just be aware that they are strict on their policy . I don’t like it, but it’s business I guess!"

"The property has an amazing location near the central market. There are places to eat and drink nearby and a Carrefour grocery next door. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the train station if that’s important to you. The room was immaculate clean and functional. We slept well in the bed and the shower was nice and hot. Staff were helpful orienting us to the area and arranging a taxi when we left. Diego the bartender was especially helpful when we needed a cork pulled from our wine bottle. He even gave us wine glasses to drink from!!"
