"I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. "

"Location is good but service is between poor and lousy. I had to wait more than 10 minutes in inchecking although there were no other customers. The rooms are not tiptop but ok. The co-operation between hotel and restaurant does not work."

"Brilliant. Actually i was upgraded by the hotel to their sister hotel next to it..Pullmans. either way i had a very good experiance and wonderful staff. Bed rooms breakfast was perfect. Close to the airport. "

"Great property in a central location. Even the basic rooms are very good. The staff and service is excellent. The breakfast is great with a lot of options and a la carte service at the table which we really enjoyed. The Indian restaurant Jamavaar was good with dal makhani and lamb biryani, the highlights but Delhi has such good options for dinner that you can get much better elsewhere. Overall I would recommend a stay at this wonderful property."
