"Bad staffs- lied about policy.
The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They initially claimed that their strict guest policy was clearly mentioned online, but later admitted that he lied.Being dishonest with guests is unacceptable.
Had to move out of Raviz to another hotel in 3 hours because of staff’s bad behavior.
As international travelers visiting Kerala, it is completely normal for us to have guests visit. Every other hotel we’ve stayed at allows visitors after proper ID verification. However, this property outright refused entry to any guests, stating they have a “different rule” because of an incident that allegedly happened last month.
Policies may vary, but transparency and professionalism should not. One particular staff member was especially unprofessional in the way they handled the situation, which made the experience even more unpleasant.
Overall, very disappointing service and poor customer handling."
