We received a room upgrade and the staff are so helpful with sorting of any issues / responding to queries. There was no problem gaining sunbeds around the two pools and the buffet style ‘all inclusive meals and drinks’ were very good. “Very nice apartment. Spacious and clean, located right next to the beach. Pool area is also very comfortable. Surrounding area is peaceful and the beach is great for swimming.”

“The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania.”
