Decent property. Room needed updating or better job fixing repairs

Mid to fair. The parking attendants were kind. The front desk was helpful. The room was older. I had to keep entering my Netflix code when the tv shut off. Parking was helpful. Area is walkable and extremely convenient location.

Airport shuttle was difficult to locate, was told it ran 24/7 but it did not. Clean room, comfy bed. Nice staff but not helpful when asking questions about surrounding area. Good location near the airport.

Unfortunately I booked a standard room, so the minibar in my room did not come stocked with any drinks or snacks. More importantly, I did not notice till the evening before checking out that my shower did not produce hot water. Last, the breakfast at Southern Elements was grossly overpriced. Base price for 2 people was more than $80 dollars, and the breakfast itself was nothing spectacular. The restaurant also neglected to return my credit card upon paying the bill, a fact I did not notice till I tried to pay admission to the botanical gardens. Huge waste of time and money that I found very annoying
