Can only suggest that the pool ladder be made user friendly, as too steep for elderly or persons with limited mobility to get in or out of the pool. Whilst a wheel chair lift is provided to get to pool side, it is not possible to use pool."

"The room and location were good. However there was a storm which resulted in no electricity or running water due to the pump being electric. Ana the member of staff was helpful and helped us locate another hotel near by 15 minutes away. However we had to then pay 183,98 euros which I hope to recover the difference paid. Som Espanya had other hotels locations near by but they were full."
