A wonderful property in a perfect location. The room was comfortable and well furnished. The bed was super comfy. The breskfast buffet was amazing with an incredible selection. Reserve your parking space when you book your room, spaces are limited. Great shopping, walking and eating options on the immediate area. We all loved this hotel and will stay here again. The staff was lovely.

Breakfast!

Firstly, breakfast is phenomenal. I'd stay here again just for that. This was my first time in Sweden so I don't know if a spread like that is typical but it was great. Rooms were okay; not too tiny, comfy beds. Carpet has seen better days, toilet paper was a mild form of sandpaper but otherwise comfy enough. Again, let me just say: breakfast.

There is not a single thing I did not like about this excellent hotel. The staff was so pleasant and personable. The rooms were clean and friendly, with such a good bed. The hallways are enormous, so huge that I wanted to mention it in this review. But the real treat is the gym! My husband is a personal trainer (I just like to go sometimes) and always insists on staying in a hotel with a gym. After being in this one, he said that it was one of the best hotel gyms he'd ever been to... (the other one is in the Balmoral in Edinburgh). Also, this hotel is located right at the heart of Malmö. HUGE recommendation from here, especially if you work out.

Amazing service and breakfast

The best part was that we got upgraded to check out at 14.00, meaning that we got to spend a few extra hours. The breakfast buffet was amazing and included freshly made waffles, eggs from free-range chickens and fresh juices etc. Apparently you can ask for a tray and bring the breakfast to eat in your room, which was a great touch to our romantic get-away. We would definetely come back here. Our suite was spacious and had everything we needed, however the room and especially the bathroom could use some fresh paint and a new bathtub. It didn’t really bother us though.

Nice hotel central Malmö 👍

Overall a great stay at a nice hotel located in central malmö. We had a little troubles after arriving, firstly the garage was full so we had to find an alternative, fair enough. After we had checked in and made our way upstairs we got problems with the elevator, because the staff hadn't activated our key cards. Room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed and a nice bath. We went out for a walk and when we arrived at the hotel, the keycard didn't work. So I went down and had to wait for roughly 5 minutes for the staff to arrive so they could activate the keycard. (I guess only 1 card got activated the first time) Breakfast was very good, with good selection also when it came to allergenic products. All in all it was a good stay but staff was a bit sloppy with our key cards. Enough to hold back 1 star.
