Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Awful experience. Paid the money but couldn’t get into the room. No key, code didn’t work for the lock box. No one to help, rude customer service. Had to make another reservation just to have a place to sleep and now trying to get a refund!
Stayed 3 nights in Aug 2023
