Poorly service, don´t go there for your health!

Poorly service. The hotel does not look like the photos. The staff attempts in a poorly way all the guests. They dont have AC in the rooms. Also, the have some problems with electricity and water. Sometimes the water´s smell too bad. Also, they don´t have restaurant service. In a positive way, it is locate nearly to Metrocentro Mall and Gueguense Tours.

Bad Hostel.

This is a Hostel not a Hotel. The home owner closes the main front door at random times through out the day. Must wait several minutes until someone opens the locked door after you wring the bell. At night this is specially dangerous since its not in a nice neighborhood. My rental vehicle was vandalized throughout the night parked in front of the Front Door, the staff did not care about the damages.There is no security or parking in this establishment. You must find an open curbside parking somewhere on the street. the mattresses were worn out. You're literally sleeping on the worn out springs. Flipping the mattress does not work. The sheets still crawl with hairs from the last person sleeping on them. Bathrooms are dirty. On the last day of my stay there was no running water.
