The staff was very nice and accommodating. We arrived 5 hours early and were able to check in which was very helpful. I wish the room felt cleaner. The mattresses were very springy and did not feel clean. Overall I recommend this motel if you are staying for one night and don’t plan on spending a lot of time in your room.

The headboard came off one of the beds and one of the pipes holding up the sink came off also. The room was $300. That is an insane price for a motel when the room has those issues!

Typical Jersey Motel the smell, the look, the size. I guess if you compare prices it’s an ok price but definitely not worth the price for that room. 10 minutes from Point Pleasant I guess if you have no other choice.

The rooms are very clean and for us it was our second time there. We used it as our base for visiting the area, and used it for sleeping. For that it is a perfect place. The staff is very friendly and helpfull

I loved my stay at Shore Hills Motel! The bed and pillows were comfortable, plenty of towels, microwave and refrigerator in room as well as a coffee maker, there was also an iron and ironing board available which was awesome because I needed them. TV and remote worked great. Housekeeping services were provided each day of my stay, they made the bed, emptied trash, and provided fresh towels and coffee packets. Motel is located in a great area, plenty of dining and shopping options nearby and an easy drive to the shore. Motel staff is wonderful and friendly, they made sure I had everything I needed and were available for my late night check in. I would absolutely stay here again!

Easy check in, quiet area, clean rooms, super comfy beds! Also I liked how there was cable, I haven’t had cable in years! It was nice to watch random movies. Danny at the front desk is very nice.

I paid for a veteran and his wife, who have been living in their car since August to have a hotel room for five days over Christmas weekend. I didn't realize they had a cat and that the hotel had a no pet policy, which was an honest mistake. The hotel kicked out the veteran after two nights and refuses to refund my money for the three nights.

Went to this hotel while in the area for a hockey tournament at the Ice Palace. It was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It does need some updating, but it was perfect and priced well for our stay. Would definitely use again. Lots of appreciation to the front desk guy that helped out my husband and son checking in!
