"That hotel has a problem with their elevators every year that we go there it does make everything harder. It is so inconvenient and the Cher they have us using the staff elevator as well. They need to get their stuff together."

I called ahead because I needed a few papers printed, and when I arrived late, Loren already had them prepared for me and happily helped me out.
