The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer.

We booked a last minute stay after arriving to PR after 10pm. It’s not an updated room but it was clean and safe. AC worked. The view in the morning is amazing. We will book again.

It’s a developing town, lots of potential, close to a huge outlet mall in Barceloneta. Old central town sadly abandoned.
