Very nice resort with lot of fun. Enjoyed a lot especially staff, pool, beach behind the hotel, water sports like parasailing, lot of food and drinks, animation team and the professional dancers at amphitheatre. Very good for families. Few things to improve: the room ( villa) is a bit old and toilet is small and old for a five star, receptionists struggled with English and was not easy to communicate, food was repetitive but not an issue as a lot of options. Overall very good and had a wonderful time.

Our stay at Sunis Elita was excellent. The staff was hardworking and energetic. There is thought about everything. The location was prettier than the images online, there is a great big garden with many kinds of trees and pretty flowers. The chefs, gardeners, servers, everybody does a great job. We went in May and the weather was good enough to swim in the sea and to swim in the pools. The animation was light, probably because the summer season was not opened yet and there was a little amount of guest. However, we enjoyed ourselves and the animation staff were very keen to entertain us. The hotel is a very family and childfriendly location. We mainly saw Dutch, German and Russian/East-European families. Everything was very hygienic, the rooms, the food. The staff at the restaurant even squeezes orange juice for you during breakfast (free!). Amazing quality fruits and drink from real brands like Coca-Cola and Efes etc. The rooms are a bit outdated, but if you let your problem known at the reception, they happily resolve your problem and change your room for you. Minibar and cleaning every day in your room, they even made the bed up with flowers. There is a very, very wide variation of food available every hour. The location is so big, with restaurant cafes throughout the hotel. The wifi connection works everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and staff here. We would like to thank everybody.

Massenabfertigung pur!

Haben 6 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht, und es war für uns alles andere als Erholung und Entspannung. Wer morgens nicht schon um 8 Uhr am Pool stand und sich eine Liege reserviert hat, ging leer aus. Ähnlich ging es auch im Gastronomiebereich, keine große Abwechslung im Essensangebot, überall lange Warteschlangen und keine freien Tische. Auch freigewordene Tische wurden erst nach Aufforderung des Personals für den nächsten Gast sauber gemacht. Das Personal war zwar grundsätzlich freundlich und bemüht, aber bestand zum größten Teil aus ungelernten Ferienjobbern und Studenten, somit nicht wirklich geschult und oftmals überfordert. Viel zuviel Lärm überall. Animation zu einseitig. Sehr weitläufige Hotelanlage, weite Wege vom Zimmer zur Poollandschaft oder zum Strand. Der Strand war gepflegt, allerdings für Familien mit Kleinkindern nicht geeignet, da der Eingang zum Wasser sehr steinig/felsig ist und es dann auch sehr schnell tief wird. Zimmer waren ok, die Ausstattung ist aber auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Betten hätten auch etwas gemütlicher sein können. Ich würde nicht noch einmal in dieses Hotel reisen

Comfortable hotel

Das Hotel hat eigentlich unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Fast durchgehend war das Hotelpersonal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und gut. Von Vollkornbrot bis zum Nachtisch alles super. Das Buffet für die Kinder war nur sehr klein und nicht immer gefüllt. Der Kinderclub hat meiner vierjährigen Tochter sehr gut gefallen. Besonders zu Mausi hat sie sehr schnell vertrauen gefasst. Mausi hatte viele Fans unter den Kindern und trotzdem hat sie sich Zeit für jedes Kind genommen. Traurig fand ich nur, das feste Aktivitäten wie Tshirt bemalen 10€ extra gekostet haben. Aber dafür können die Mitarbeiter ja nichts. Alle animateure haben sich viel Mühe gegeben und hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Aber Mausi hat bei uns einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen.

В Турции - лето настоящее!

Были в отеле год назад - тогда понравилось, и решили приехать еще раз. Территория в том же приличном состоянии, хорошие бассейны - ребенок научился плавать, добавили одну более высокую водяную горку. Жили в клубном номере в небольшом домике. Номер неплохо оборудован, все работает, но звукоизоляция отсутствует напрочь! Еще и турецкие тетеньки-уборщицы по утрам усаживались недалеко от двери номера и громко что-то обсуждали. Испортилось питание: ощущение, что ассортимент блюд в ресторане стал больше ориентирован на турок, сам ресторан ассоциируется с огромной шумной столовой, официанты не успевают ни приносить напитки, ни убирать со столов и заново их сервировать. Большая проблема с курящей публикой, особенно турецкими тетеньками: курят и в ресторане, не смотря на запрещающие таблички, и у бассейна при большом количестве детей вокруг... Из-за близости номера к главному зданию wi-fi работал достаточно уверенно.

En underbar vistelse med god mat och fina Hotellområden. Rent och god service i hela hotellet. Bra wifi i hela hotellet. Enda nackdelen är stranden som det framkommit i tidigare recensioner, men bryggan var underbar att hoppa ifrån. Jag åker absolut tillbaka till samma hotell igen.
