Stayed with my two teenaged boys for two nights and three days. Lots of space with two bedrooms, full kitchen, huge balcony and laundry. Apartment was clean and well finished. Great location and would definitely recommend.

We stayed here because our son moved into an apartment nearby. Northern Quarter is a great location, plenty of shops and bars and close to Arndale shopping centre. The staff on reception were really helpful. The apartment itself was ideal, 2 bedrooms, and a very well equipped kitchen, allowing us to have tea and coffee the next morning, there was even fresh milk in the fridge! Great views too - we were on the 14th floor. Only word of caution is the car park - spaces are very tight

Big apartment. Quiet on the higher floor except for neighbours. Most apartment amenities were available, good water pressure and drainage. Would be good to have more hooks to hang towels, as well as kitchen paper towel.

Great for city centre

Very centrally located and comfortable room. I was late booking so ended up above the bar space next door and on the main street. This made it a bit noisy...but to be expected in a city centre.

Apartment was really lovely, very well equipped. Comfy beds, fabulous balcony. Slight issue with the shower head in en suite bathroom squirting water however eventually realised it just needed tightened. External cleaning staff however were not courteous over busy checkout time and were prioritising themselves over guests with the one working lift in the priority. We ended up walking down 13 flights of stairs with all our luggage and 2 children.

Clean and practical property

It was a last minute reservation due to an airplane cancelation and the aparthotel was a practical choice for our family. The room was tidy and nicely updated, also, the view from the room was nice. Minimum utensils were provided. The warm water turned cold while showering, but it was not too big of a problem for us. The room was clean. Convenient location for grocery shopping, Cafe, restaurants and such. We would surely stay at this property again if we ever visited the city center area in future.

It’s was just good enough. No window in the second bedroom, and gets very warm - there’s no aircon. Bath filler to shower valve was stuck and couldn’t switch between the two, shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so had to hold it whilst showering and the TV wasn’t connected to the internet. All annoying little things that mean it was just meh. Good size of rooms and actually seating for four individuals.

We really enjoyed our first stay here, unfortunately it was noisy due to the building work and it would have been nice to know about before. I knew the parking was going to be difficult but I think a warning if you have a tall vehicle as mine isn’t that tall but I did find it unsettling due to the beams which I had to navigate around and through to park. We did have an issue with a TV but the staff were fantastic and resolved it quickly.

Nice hotel but too noisy for me

The hotel was clean, room spacious and has easy access to transport but bed was small and very noisy area. There is a bar on the Ground Floor and you can hear the loud music from the first floor. It was extremely loud and it went on until midnight! The room is not sound proof.

A wonderful stay!

Stayed here for a recent concert at AO arena, the arena is only a 10-15 minute walk so it was super good location. Even though I was first floor it was still super quiet. The people at check in were super friendly and one of them even complimented my nails. My only problem was the shower didn’t drain properly and after a few minutes the shower tray filled up over half way but other than that no issues. The room was super spacious and very clean. Even though I didn’t use the kitchen part very much it was still very handy. I was also able to leave my bag with them after check out so I didn’t have to take it with me whilst I went shopping and pick it up later with no issues. If there’s ever another concert I go to at AO arena I’ll be sure to book here again :)
