Perfect for my visit to Manchester, property easy to access and friendly, helpful caretaker enabled fault-free check in and parking. The accommodation had every amenity needed, including a fully equipped kitchen - only item missing was a hairdryer!

They let me check in early which was great. Room was big and spacious. Bed- awful No toilet roll No iorning board cover Communal area is carpeted and very dirty. I doubt id stay again

樓梯及房間地毡很髒，所有電器用品都非常髒舊！也沒有煮食爐具！咖啡包，茶包都沒有，跟刋登不符…而且本人預訂了一間兩張雙人床的房間，管家先給了一間只有一張雙人床及一張單人床，而且房間有異味⋯⋯，後來在本人告訴他不可以，他才轉回我們原先訂的房間…價格不便宜，但是設備非常非常差，而且本人還住兩天晚上，實在非常失望！！令旅情非常不開心！

Check-In was very easy and the caretaker was very pleasant and forthcoming, the room was clean and cozy, the bathroom was small but had everything that was needed and having a microwave, a toaster and a fridge was really nice. All in all a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.

I was greeted by Colin, the caretaker on arrival. He was very welcoming and informative. Apartment was very clean, kitchen had everything you would need. Highly recommend Ascroft Apartments.

The parking was tight and we had problems getting in touch with tbe caretaker at the time of check in to get an access code. Cleanliness could have been better. Not worth the money except it was conveniently located near to our son's new house. Won't be back in a hurry.

This was a really nice apartment however the cleaning let it down. Splashes on the tiles in the kitchen and behind the sink in the bathroom also on the drawers in the bedroom. I had to ring the mobile number provided as no communication on how gain access. Colin the caretaker was first class .

Communication was good and caretaker was very friendly/helpful. Property seemed fairly newly built but is already showing signs of wear and tear. Not the cleanest either.

Good option for a medium-term stay

Well located for the tram, train and bus services including to Salford Royal Hospital and into Manchester and the Trafford Centre. Caretaker was fantastic- helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable although the bathroom was a little small. Good value for money.

Nice apartment in good location. Room was a bit worse for wear (bedroom door hanging off!). Also was set up for one person rather than two sharing - only one towel! Lack of plus sockets too. Communication was great beforehand and easy instructions to enter property. Had a pleasant stay but room for improvements for sure.

Great Property

Very nice property with a sleek modern design, exceptionally clean and well looked after. The property has free on site parking, as well as a large communal kitchen. Overall, I was left Impressed.

Clean and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable room, with cooking facilities in the room. Making it ideal during an essential business stay throughout covid. Self check in and check out with a code for your room was also ideal for Covid. The only thing to mention is, there is a large tp-link above the door which has a green flashing light, this is very bright when you turn all the lights off.

Great place just needs some minor improvements

Great apartment, clean, well equipped and looks just like the pictures. The only issues we had were that the heating wasn't working and the sink in the bathroom was pretty small - more like a water fountain really.
