"Thrre is no bath towel available becusse it wasnt washed yet as per front desk. Really? Seriously? Nobody thought that the hotel is running out of towel? The room wasnt cleaned well, still alot of hairs on the bathroom floor and the bath mat provided looks exactly the same as soiled rag. Front desk was too passive when we reported the issue and no apologies were given. Worst !!! Never again..... NEVER! Even if its free, NEVER! "
