“Wonderful property. Clean, well stocked & a very safe walkable neighborhood!”

“HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! These are only a few of the issues: Room and entire floor smelled like a mix of urine and cigarette smoke which made my allergies even worse. Window shade would not roll up. Only had two working light bulbs in bathroom. The bathroom was filthy including floors, tub, shower head, hair dryer. The entire place just felt dirty. My husband stood up watching the very outdated TV—would not sit on couch and only got in the bed when he was about to fall asleep. Booked 2 nights...

“The room had a few spots from water damage in the bathroom loved the shower. They have a sign out front claiming microwave and refrigerator in room we didn’t have one. The pool was closed. ”

“The lady at the front desk has a nasty attitude very nonchalant and unprofessional place the room smelt like mold told front desk about it they sprayed Oder eliminator didn’t help at all you’d come out better sleeping in your car or going to stay at an hour hotel ”

“Cute room excellent decor, good communication with host, however, I did not learn that the Ac wasn’t working until my arrival, but the host was quick to refund me, however, the weather had turned cool and the windows were open, so it was okay…. Until the next morning when temps dropped to 40’s and there was no heat either. I had to answer work emails from under blankets bowing on my cold finger to not go numb. But that was my choice to stay, again the host were willing to refund. But I was there...

“The room was…interesting..the bathroom door didn’t close all the way, there was random hairs on the bed and random stains on the mattress god knows what those stains were, the pool towel were gross, the only thing that was good really was the staff, but book elsewhere ”

“3rd & 4th floor rooms are great. I wouldn't suggest 1st room floor rooms unless you get them at a major discount. 1st floor room I had was pretty gross needs updating. Restaurant & lounge were great. Staff & housekeeping are awesome. Close to highway & tons of restaurants.”

“Check in was quick. The room was loud because of the people across the hall which kept waking me up during the night. Not good because I had a long day ahead. No restaurant on site. Staff were friendly but not professional looking. The property is in bad shape inside and furniture is worn out. ”

“I was freezing the entire time. The thermostat was blocked and said use the other one which was also blocked. Ridiculous !”

“Everything was excellent, the room was clean, the food and staff at breakfast in the morning was lovely and the atmosphere in the hotel is so welcoming. There was on front desk person who wasn't particularly friendly and didn't even look at me when I was asking for some information. That hasn't been my experience in the past when I've stayed there.”
