"My husband & I booked a superior king room it was on the ground floor .It was clean & tidy .We arrived about 1.30 am and reception desk were very helpful .quick & easy.It was a late night flight from Sydney . 3nights were great Bathroom was very large .Bathroom amenities were good but there could have been a shower cap .Some hotels do supply one .otherwise everything else was excellent .nice brand . Facilities at the hotel were very nice Staff seemed efficient & helpful ."

"It's clear that this is a new hotel that's recently been taken over by new management, and they're currently working on renovating. The place is a resort complex that badly needs refreshing. The townhouse lofts are nice, but due to construction, they are difficult to get to, particularly if you check in later in the day. I don't want to be too harsh; this place could really be something if the new management does the work."

"I was in a room next to the lift (again). Very noisy until late. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. Close to the airport and a courtesy car to get you to and from."
