"Was a nice place to stay. Was disappointed that the beach only looks like it does at high tide. Low tide tide goes straight out and is just rock and coral. Full tide still need to be careful as rock and coral still there. Wasn’t quite what I was expecting from the photos. Pools lovely. Cocktails were not very nice. Breakfast buffet was average. But great location to many restaurants"

"Reasonable accommodation on Nusa Lembongan we had a lovely time with the family. The location was nice on the beach although nicer restaurants are right on the other side of the beach so quite a walk. The rooms were nice and the private pool our kids enjoyed. On our last day the main pool was really dirty so think there must have been a problem with the filter - other days it was fine though. We had a few issues getting our room cleaned which they kept forgetting to do - but when they did it was all fine. Don’t get me wrong, this is a nice hotel, but we paid premium prices for a 2 bed with a private pool - and didn’t quite get a feel for a premium hotel."

"The property has stunning views, and a true atmosphere to relax and unwind. We stayed in a villa with private pool and it was worth all the way. The room was spacious, super clean, the amenities were of high quality and the bed super comfortable. The service was very attentive, I had a small complain in the beginning of our stay and it was resolved effectively by the Manager on Duty. We used the Spa and it was comparative to other Spas, nothing bad but also nothing outstanding. I would have tasted the property a 5, however the food by the pool was very low quality, the pizzas are frozen from a package rather than being fresh made."

"We stayed at NYUH Gading Hill for 2 nights and wish our stay was longer. Our room was clean, had the required essentials, shower worked well (good water pressure and temperature). We did note some ants in the bathroom on the last day, but this was quite common amongst several places we stayed in Bali so didn't think too much of it. The staff were friendly and food at the restaurant tasted good but smaller portions. The pool water was warm with nice jets and deep enough that you could actually swim. The highlight was the view (though there is some construction in the area). The hotel did not have organized taxi pick up from the port, but connected us with drivers to move around the island (it is quite pricey compared to main land Bali though!) or you can rent a scooter per day. Overall a comfortable stay and would recommend."

"We had an awesome time at The Tamarind. The pools are beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, even with the rollout bed for our daughter. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were absolutely beautiful, so helpful and friendly. The only thing was the location, which was a short walk to the nearest beach. As the hotel is built on a hill, there are lots of steps to get to your room and the pool, but the views are worth it! Thank you for our stay. Anita"

"Staff were very welcoming and communicated effectively. Room was super clean cozy and lovely. My only issue is that during check in i was told i can order breakfast for a certain price but the following day when i wanted to order, they told me they were not doing breakfast because nobody else asked for breakfast, i didn't understand that since i was paying for it but either way i was able to get breakfast at the warung next door which had amazing food."

"We so enjoyed our stay at Chillhouse. The rooms are lovely and taken care of. The pool is refreshing and clean. It is so useful to have the little shop at the front to buy any necessities. It is only about five minutes to walk to beach. It is a very busy road to walk on. Most importantly the family that own Chillhouse are so wonderful, accommodating, and friendly. They replied to WhatsApp texts quickly and answered all of my questions and provided advice when requested, and this was all before our actual stay. Highly recommend."
