The staff was very nice however not enough staff to service this size hotel. The hotel needs a thorough cleaning with all glass toppers lifted and cleaned properly. Rooms are comfortable, beds nice and soft, showers are very nice with excellent water pressure. There are no soap trays - what a mess. Upholstery in rooms (chairs, couches) need cleaning. Hallway carpet is lifting everywhere which is a trip hazard. Overall a nice place that needs cleaning and more staff. Service times are very slow. Phone's in some rooms dont work

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially Sophie from the front desk she consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her genuine care really made a difference in our stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a great variety and quality. We also really enjoyed the pool area clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and a comfortable stay!
