Broken-down, beat up and badly worn. Shared my room with mice. Bathroom was filthy and walls had stains and crushed dead bugs. The first room I was in had the window PAINTED black, so no light at all. At least the second room had some natural light. This hotel has definitely seen better days. The entrance and lobby are promising, but you will be sadly disappointed once you get to your room. Needs a complete overhaul. The ONLY saving grace is that it is directly across the street from Robinsons Mall. Very disappointed and would never recommend this hotel or stay here again. The staff were cheerful and helpful, but the hotel itself is a let-down.

All the staff are all wonderful, very helpful & accomodating.The Hotel is just across the Big Shopping Center with over 100 different Restaurants. Transportations are very easy access ....I recommend this Hotel to everybody

I don’t like the room is so tiny even the bathroom. No shampoo and conditioner.
I’m on wheelchair for two days and nobody show me that they have a ramp for it . The guard did not even tell me to use the ramp. He let me climb the stairs and have my caregiver carried my wheelchair uostairs.

On arrival we were not assisted with luggage as there is no ramp but only steep stairs. No assistance after checking in to our room. A cleaner had to show us where the room was. The bed was so hard and we could not get proper sleep. They had a desk for working at but not lit well and had no power outlets near it, so it couldn’t be used had to work on the bed. There was a kettle to boil water, but not much use when no coffee or tea was supplied, or not even any cups. Stayed in a supposed upgraded room but ammenities were non existent. We use to stay here prior to Pandemic but it has gone downhill a lot since then
I like the property, the location and esp the staff. They were very polite. I arrive very early but i was accomodated. But i didnt like the bathroom as the hose used in the toilet bowl was leaking, and the door lock malfunctioned. We waited at the door for almost 30 mins and it was hot before we were given hard key to enter our room.
The hotel is very convenient for everything. It's near the mall and bars. The staff are super friendly. I will definitely come back here. Thank you so much for an excellent service.

The staff are all great and will do whatever they can to make your stay even better. They are so friendly. I always use Eurotel whenever i am in the Philippines and that is a lot. Me and my wife have come to know the staff and they are really great people.

Big Shopping area just across the Hotel Lots of Restaurant , all over in the Mall.Transporstations are easy access. Staff are very friendly & very accommodating .Tourist place are few minutes away the Hotel. US Embassy is about 10 minutes away.& International Airport is only 30 minutes away,if there's no traffic

We upgrade to bigger room cos the room we originally booked is very hard. compare to what they are showing in the internet looks big & the bed too hard. There bottom sheets is not enough to cover the mattress. Uncomfortable to sleep . Other than that the room is big & clean. Staffs are friendly.

First room ,no bathtub, No Microwave , shower room get get flooded, moved to different pay extra 10,000 pesos. Bathtub leaking, breakfast, Delivered Cold food, delivered in our room too early in the morning. ,
Surrounding the hotel filthy.

Truly terrible experience, Most rooms have no windows, the beds are just foam in a plastic cover very uncomfortable woke up with a bad back and neck every day. No room cleaning. We had to ask several times to have the room cleaned and change the towels. There is no facilities at all in the rooms. No floormats for bathroom and the floor is covered in high glaze tiles, of course the showers leak all over the floor creating a serious slip hazard even for the most sturdy footed. The rooms and corridors are like a maze with no clear indicators where the fire exits are presenting a serious risk of being trapped in the event of an emergency.
On top of this you are woken up at 7am every morning with a delivery of some kind of gelatinous gloop being passed off as breakfast.
The staff were pretty much indifferent to any request that was made.
In all my years of traveling this stands out as a truly rare gem, where everything that could be bad in a hotel comes together.
The only thing missing is Basil Faulty
