The place is a bit rustic and will need some improvements especially on the architectural design of the bathroom. However, It's a decent place for a short-term stay, and affordable. The staff are also very helpful and accommodating.

The facilities are basic but clean, what stands out most is the staff and the service. We chose this hotel as we needed to be close to the hospital (NKTI). The location is perfect. The staff were exceptional as they were kind, accommodating and very respectful.

I like the hotel and the place. For someone like me who enjoyed staying indoors, this hotel is a good one. Service is excellent. Everyone are amazingly helpful. Only thing negative is the noise coming from the AC. I cant sleep at night when the AC is on. But other than that, the hotel is excellent..

The room was fine with only 2 drawbacks. The airconditioner unit (window type) was noisy and the curtains were too thin as the light outside (street and or hotel) were not blocked by the curtains. Breakfast choice limited - spanish omelette good. Electric room key failed and it was necessary to call maintenance to access room. Overall nice hotle and I shall stay again

Short But Good Stay
It was ok and close to the place i have to go to. Lots of restaurants and fast food chains in the vicinity of the hotel. Public transportation are numerous on hand.

Value for money...awesome staff...great location
The staff - from the security guards, bell boys, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and the manager were all very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Everything was okay with lots of restaurants close by, except the breakfast was awful no fresh fruit and this would be the first hotel restaurant that I have stayed in, any where in the world that did not serve tea in fact it was 3 days of asking that they found some tea bags and then run out 2 days later.

Oyster plaza hotel has a unique location. Close to airport, close to mall, Uber and taxi friendly. It’s my first and final destination each year when I get to Manila. Staff friendly. I always get suite A. Bigger, and more comfortable. For me! The last four years!! This hotel is a great spot to start and finish. There is also central bar up the street. New staff this year, but friendly. Going to central and having a couple of drinks, prepares me for a good nights sleep and to expect to get in a short line in the business class for check in. Don’t hesitate to stay in this hotel to start your journey around the Philippines. Sincerely, michael.

I like the room, very homey especially the bed and the little living room. No utensils in the evening like we need a plate and a table knife, the coffee shop is already closed at 9 to 10 pm. Overall, we were satisfied.

We have a patient in NKI and we need a place nearby to sleep and wash up. Found Fersal Hotel really near and one can even walk. Found the check in to be very fast and efficient. Even have a cold welcome drink - just flavoured water. Upon going up the room, one can expect as with small and lower priced hotels - small and jittery elevator and was expecting already the worst for the room. But upon entry, it was clean and presentable. Even have sufficient toiletries and coffee facility. After an hour's rest, didnt experience back or neck pain. Bed was good and pillow just the right size. Before going back to hospital, did a quick shower and everything is functioning. With good and working hot shower as well. Can really relieve aching body. Before going back now to hotel, did a quick errand for medicines, supplies and food. One can find a lot of choices for fast food - whatever you yearn am sure something will fit. Even have bakery, etc. I found that the location of the hospital is really very good. Its also near Heart Center. I was almost tempted to walk and reached almost halfway. But since i was carrying a lot of stuff I decided to get a taxi. There were plenty taxi around and getting one was very simple and fast. It cost very cheap to go to NKI via taxi.Very convenient and fast. Most of the drivers already know the hotel so very easy again to go back. It definitely was worth to stay in this hotel. With the convenience it offers and lessens the stress.
